Why does Anki do this?
Your timetable is the only factor that matters. I would advise completing the complete deck before tackling the USMLE World® question bank if you have more than two months until your exam. If you just have a few weeks, I would suggest working through the QBank questions first. Then, look through the deck for cards that cover the topics you missed. This will save you time looking up explanations or integrations.

There were more than 1200 cards in the deck as of the time of writing. I still do a lot of tutoring, and I work closely with each student to create knowledgeable, personalised Anki cards that will aid in their application and integration of the material. I’ll be releasing updates in the future and using the best of these cards to refresh the Anki deck all the time.

Of course! Countless hours have been dedicated to improving my Anki card-making abilities, with the goal of producing integrated and applicable cards that enabled me to get a score of 270 on Step 1. Use these as the starting point for your own Anki deck, or add to your own. You can, of course, utilise some of my pathogenesis-to-presentation Anki cards or create all of your own!
I completed a five-week video review course at the start of my study period, in addition to sporadic UWorld random timed sets that I would ineffectively annotate into First Aid. I then took the NBME, and I scored 228. At that time, I realised I wasn’t accomplishing my objectives and had no idea how to raise my score rapidly. I went online in quest of guidance and came on your website. My next NBME score within nine days was 249, though. I kept going through this procedure for five more weeks, turning every Uworld card into a pathophys-to-presentation card.
